January 6, 2011 – Hiller’s and Miller Poultry donate 4,000 pounds of Chicken to Gleaners.
Across southeast Michigan every winter there are hundreds of families who choose between paying for heat or food. Hiller’s and Miller Poultry are helping make that choice easier. Today they donated 4,000 pounds of chicken to Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan (Gleaners), Michigan’s largest food bank and emergency food provider. The donation was delivered to Hiller’s in Plymouth.     |
