Dry Meat Rub Recipe on Fox 2
Recipe: Hiller's Dry Meat Rub for Memorial Day
2 Slabs spare ribs or other meat for grilling
Extra
Virgin Olive Oil
Rub Recipe:
2 Tbsp. smoked sweet paprika
1
Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2
tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp.
red pepper flakes
Measure each spice, place into a bowl and mix
well.
Portion ribs. Lightly rub with extra virgin olive oil. Season
both sides with dry rub. Push into meat. Wrap ribs in lightly oiled
foil. Grill on medium heat for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until tender.
