Chocolate-Espresso Sauce

Recipe Ingredients 1/4 lb. Valrhona chocolate cut into bits 2 oz. heavy cream 1 oz. butter Directions Place all ingredients in a bowl over a double boiler and melt together until smooth. Thin with hot espresso.
