Ne Plus Ultra Deli Tray
Choose up to four super premium deli meats, two cheeses, potato salad or coleslaw, and pumpernickel or rye bread. Presented with a relish assortment of olives, pickles, tomatoes, radishes and condiments.

Cheese Tray
An array of bite-size pieces of Swiss, Muenster, Havarti, Cheddar, Colby, Hot Pepper and American cheeses. Add pepperoni and hard salami chunks (extra charge).

Family Pleaser Meat & Cheese Tray
Choose up to four super-premium deli meats, two cheeses, mustard and your choices of fresh-baked bread.

Shrimp Tray
Fully cooked, extra-large shrimp garnished with fresh greens, lemon slices and Hiller’s own tangy cocktail sauce.

Spinach Dip Platter
A hollow round sourdough loaf is filled with spinach dip made in the Hiller’s kitchen, with bread chunks for dunking.

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Tray
An array of fresh seasonal fruit in bite-size chunks.

Fresh Veggie Tray
Fresh dill dip surrounded by seasonal vegetables just the right size for dunking.

Mini-Croissant Sandwich Platter
Choose chicken salad, tuna salad or two super-premium deli meats and one cheese with lettuce on petite croissants. Mustard or mayonnaise optional.

Crowd Pleaser Pinwheel Party Platter
Your choice of two super-premium deli meats and one cheese rolled in soft, flatbread with lettuce and tomato. Mustard or mayonnaise optional.

Tailgater Boneless (Chicken Bites) Platter
Choose from Bourbon, BBQ or Buffalo-style bites. Bleu cheese or ranch dressing optional. Comes in an oven-ready container.

Hiller’s Party Sub – 3 feet long!
A jumbo French bread roll filled with three premium deli meats (choose from bologna, ham, salami, oven-roasted turkey breast or roast beef). Select one cheese (mozzarella, provolone or American). Includes lettuce, tomatoes, mild peppers and Beano’s sub dressing.

Mediterranean Platter
Hummos, babaganouj, taboulleh, vegetarian-stuffed grape leaves, spinach pie, feta cheese chunks, kalamata olives and pita bread.

Traditional Dairy Tray
Sable, lox, smoked fish, kippered salmon, two cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, smoked whitefish spread, wine-soaked and creamed herring plus pineapple chunks, peach slices, cucumber, tomato, olives and cream cheese. Bagels and Kaiser rolls included.
