Light Up the Grill for the Most Delicious Michigan Burgers this Summer |
After 25 years working for Hiller’s Markets, Curt Ducharme, Hiller’s
meat supervisor and buyer, knows a thing or two about good quality meat.
So when he says Hiller’s frozen ground round beef patties, made from 100
percent Michigan-produced meat, are absolutely delicious, it’s time to
light up the grill.
“They are made on location at each store and are just the same as the
ones at the fresh meat counter,” explained Curt. “They are a bit leaner
than ground chuck, which makes them healthier, and we are selling them
in packages of eight—the same number that bun packages come in—for
convenience. They would be fantastic for a Memorial Day barbeque.”
For Curt, who celebrated his silver anniversary with Hiller’s Markets on
May 8, giving shoppers the best meat from Michigan cattle is his number
one priority. “We have the biggest meat selection and the best
quality. Hiller’s is the leader in that bar none,” Curt added.
